Enmasse Tea - No 08 Hot Cross Bun Chai

This warming full bodied spiced chai is a magical blend of herbs, spices and natural flavours. Consistency can have a granola feel. Brew for as long as possible.

How to Prepare:
Amount: 3 level teaspoon / 250ml
Water temp: 100C
Steep time. 8+ minutes.

Note: The longer it steeps the stronger the cup of tea
Brew for as long as possible

Variation: 3 spoons in 100ml for 5min, add 100ml hot milk & draw for 3min

Blending Guide: Blends well with No. 11 in the Enmasse range

For iced tea: Double the amount, steep for the required time (or longer) and pour over ice cubes to chill.
