From the pictures of the front and obverse of the coin you can see that the front and obverse sides of the coin do not line up as they should from normal mintage and that the obverse side has been mis struck about 5 degrees off "12 o'clock in relation to the front of the coin (you can use the coin holder as a good reference point to illustrate this).
