Epsom salts have wonderful health benefits that can enhance the detoxification capabilities of the body. They extract harmful toxins from the body and allow the healing properties of magnesium and sulfates to enter.

HOW TO USE EPSOM SALTS

Leisurely bathing in Epsom salt (at least 15 minutes) is one of the most effective means of making the magnesium your body needs readily available.

Just add two cups of Epsom Salt and 2-3 drops of lavender essential oil to warm bath water to ease muscle pain and fade bruises.

EPSOM SALTS RECIPE INSPIRATION

Mini Bath Salts

It doesnt get any cuter than a mini bottle of bath salts!

50ml clear bottle or you could use a glass jar and wooden scoop, or even a test tube for a funky look

30g / c Epsom salts

5-10g Himalayan salts

5g / 1 teaspoon baking soda

5g / 0.5-1 teaspoon of carrier oil such as almond, coconut etc

few drops of essential oil of choice

Combine ingredients in a bowl until well mixed, then spoon into a clear glass bottle or jar. You can decorate the jar or bottle with a colourful ribbon and label to finish off the cute mini gift.
