Lavender oil is arguably the world's most popular essential oil. It is anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and an astringent. It is effective on minor skin irritations, mild acne and burns as its antiseptic properties help to speed the healing process. And the scent of lavender is both relaxing and uplifting and offers relief for depression. It is often used to calm anxiety and can help with insomnia. Lavender is a favourite in aromatherapy for these reasons.
Lavender is also an adaptogen essential oil.

Sizes: 10ml, 20ml, 30ml (with pipette top), 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 500ml or 1L.
Add to your burner or diffuser: 3-6 drops.
Add to your humidifier: 5-8 drops, or as desired.
Steam inhaling: Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to a bowl or basin of steaming water. Place a towel over your head to capture the steam. Close your eyes, lean over the bowl and inhale until the steam cools. Do not lean too close to the steam or you may burn yourself. Children to only inhale with adult supervision, and may require less essential oil.
Blend a few drops with 10ml carrier oil to use as a massage oil.
Add 1-2 drops to a carrier oil or your favourite moisturiser and then apply to face and skin.
You can add a few drops to wet towel and apply as a cold compress to soothe any specific area of the body.
