Easy to grow and delicious to harvest. If you are in a frost free area, this is your vine. They are super-fast growers in the ground or in containers.
It is not only the fruit that is good for you, but the flowers too. If you brew a tea with the flowers, you will experience a very relaxing effect. They don't really taste like much, but adding it to some honey bush tea makes it delicious.
