Hardiness zones 9-11, (5¿C/40¿F, -5¿C/25¿F) in Winter. Not frost orcold tolerant. Very easy to grow. Grow in partial sun, light to mediumshade. Leaves will burn under hot conditions if adequate water is notprovided. Requires consistently moist soil; do not let dry out betweenwaterings. Water freely and feed monthly in growing season. Likes richand well-drained soil, high in organic matter. Soak seeds overnight. Plant 1/2" deep in mixture of rich soil. Keep warm, moist and in bright light. Germination can be slow.
