Eve : Valkyrie PS4

EVE: Valkyrie on PS4 is an immersive, first-person virtual reality (VR) space dogfighting shooter game. It places players directly in the cockpit of a heavily-armed fighter ship in the lawless regions of the EVE Online universe. 

Core Gameplay & Experience

• Immersive VR Experience: The game was primarily designed for the PlayStation VR headset, offering a 360-degree field of view that makes you feel physically present in the cockpit. Head-tracking technology allows you to aim weapons by simply looking at your targets.
• Arcade-Style Dogfighting: Unlike the strategic complexity of EVE Online, Valkyriefocuses on fast-paced, arcade-style aerial combat. Battles take place in dynamic environments like asteroid fields, orbital shipyards, and inside massive enemy carriers.
• Ship Classes & Upgrades: Pilots can choose from three distinct ship classes, each with its own progression path:
• Fighter: The primary assault class.
• Heavy: Acts as the tank, capable of taking more damage.
• Support: Focuses on healing and assisting teammates.
• Multiplayer Focus: The heart of the experience is team-based multiplayer action, featuring modes such as team deathmatch and objective-based Carrier Assault. There are also co-op modes against AI and a survival mode.
• Single-Player Content: A story campaign exists, putting you in the role of a cloned pilot who joins a band of space pirates called the Valkyrie, led by a character named Rán Kavik. 

Important Note on Status

As of August 5, 2022, the official online servers for EVE: Valkyrie were shut down by the developer, CCP Games. This means that the core online multiplayer features are no longer available. While it might be possible to access some offline single-player content on PC with specific workarounds, the official PS4 experience is significantly limited and largely unplayable in its intended form
