service was pretty good , although there were some problems ,he soughted them out ,only i had to wait a while for the phone to be replaced

Cordless phone did not live up to expectation. Display is not clear and distinct. Cannot set the ring options on the base and handset as per manual - phone may not be fully Telkom compliant. I also do not anticipate any backup on this telephone. On the positive I am satisfied with speech quality and range.
