Hi, I'm Celeste and this is where my pencil does the talking.

every-BODY No 1 is where this journey began. Its part of my figurative realism series that celebrates the body as it is vulnerable, strong, and completely unapologetic. This A2-size pencil drawing was created with the kind of focus that comes from both observation and empathy. I use traditional techniques (yes, just pencil on paper!) to explore contemporary issues of body image, identity, and fragmentation while still keeping a softness that speaks louder than perfection ever could.

Each figure in this series is drawn to feel like theyre holding a mirror back to the viewer inviting reflection, not judgment. I didnt want to idealise or dramatise, just see. This is human form without filter, interpreted through a realism art style thats honest and intimate.
