EVGA 1060 SC *R5000* Please Read

 EVGA 1060 Super Clocked

The card was sold to me with a chipset as I am trying to build computers now, the seller tested it for me with the chipset and it worked fine, when I got home and assembled everything as per seller instruction, the display didn't come on but the fan was spinning, I then played around on the bios screen with something that allowed me to put the card as gen 2 and gen 3(saw this on google) and then it rebooted and the display came on, I then thought I had it and decided to now move the card to the top Pci slot as I was told that the bottom one will under power the card, and then I came across this problem again, the seller then blamed me and said he wont refund me nor exchange it because he tested it in front of me and it worked, which I could not argue or disagree because it was true, also have a video of him testing it before I drove to him which I can send to the buyer to as well if it would help. I honestly gave up and decided to just sell this card.

It is a really expensive card and was told that it is very strong.
