Collections: Orders placed and paid immediately (swipes/cash/EFT) before 11 AM can be collected same day after 4 PM; orders placed after 11 AM will be ready for collection on the next business day. Online Orders/Payments: Allow 24 hours from payment for order processing (Pickup or Courier Dispatch - weekend & holidays not included). Courier Deliveries: Orders placed before 11 AM with immediate EFT payment are delivered next business day in main centres; deliveries to regional areas or large items typically take 35 business days.
