Very interesting antique pendant and chain, test positive for silver and in good condition. The length of the chain is approx 64 cm, size of the pendant is 15 x 27 mm, loop included, and the total weight is 10 g.

There is a inscription on the pendant; Maria Seitz, 1.8.1898. Nurnberg. The symbol of a lion, could that be the symbol of the tribe Judah?

We have tried to trace the family of this girl. We have managed to get in touch with a family Seitz in Germany who was not related to Maria Seitz. Mr Seitz done a bit of research in the archives, etc in Germany to tried to find Maria's family but with no success. Also in Israel and South Africa we could not find any Seitz families.
