OPTIONAL EXTRA: Insurance is charged at an additional 3.00% of the total order value

- because for example if an item is won on an auction @ R1 and you cover it for R1, you pay 3% which is R0,03 insurance and if the post office loses the parcel which rarely happens, you will only get back R1 , which is not the amount (your total amount) that you paid to me with postage you paid etc. as well as the parcel maybe valued at much more than R1 and you would of course be losing money:

when paying for insurance, which is not a compulsory extra, you would pay:

EXAMPLE: R1 you won an auction at+R85 postage=R86 = AMOUNT PAYABLE without insurance included

THEN FOR INSURANCE (optional extra): ADD 3% on the total order value(R86 X 0,03) =R2,58 insurance amount

ADD ALL THE AMOUNTS (insurance amount(3% of the total) + amount for auction/s won + postage amount/s) TO GET YOUR TOTAL DUE= total for above example: R88,58

HOW TO CALCULATE:

FOR MORE THAN 1 ITEM WITHOUT INSURANCE:

ADD ALL WINNING AUCTION AMOUNTS TOGETHER(e.g. R21+R51, etc.) + POSTAGE AMOUNTS(R85+r70+ etc.) = TOTAL CALCULATED ------------(THIS IS AMOUNT YOU WOULD PAY IF YOU DON'T REQUIRE INSURANCE!)

ADD 3% OF THE ABOVE TOTAL AMOUNT (calclated: 0,03 x TOTAL ABOVE AMOUNT )+ YOUR TOTAL AMOUNT = YOUR FINAL TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE WITH INSURANCE INCLUDED IN THIS AMOUNT!

- to pick up your parcel/s from the post office, your tracking number, ID BOOK/DRIVERS LICENSE and ID NUMBER IS REQUIRED... WITHOUT providing the post office with this info , your parcel may not be released to you

- We offer a 14-day warranty on all watches/jewellery/MAKEUP/perfumes/BOOTS/WALLETS/BAGS

REGARDING BOOTS/SHOES -IF SIZE IS WRONG WE WILL GLADLY SWAP PROVIDED THAT WE STILL HAVE STOCK OF THE SIZE YOU NEED - IF WE DON'T HAVE STOCK OF THE REQUIRED SIZE, WE WILL REFUND YOU. THIS IS PROVIDED THAT THE SHOE HAS NOT BEEN WORN OR DAMAGED AND PROVIDED THAT IT IS WITHIN THE 14-DAY-WARRANTY PERIOD

- Please be sure when bidding/BUYING- if you make a mistake, please contact us immediately to delete your bid - don't wait until the bid has ended to ask us to do so as we cannot delete a bid once the time period has come to an end.
