For use on the upper and lower body: If you are wanting a light and inexpensive accessory for fly's, shoulder lifts and chest extensions then this heavy-duty expander set is the way to go. They come with a convenient door strap allowing you to do your downward-facing chest extensions. The tubes are 120cm long, so you can step on the middle of the bands and lift upwards for a tough shoulder workout. If you are wanting to move to your lower body, just attach one of the ankle straps and get some good leg kickbacks in.
3 levels of resistance: They come with 3 tubes with varying resistances and a strong plastic latch to quickly and easily add or remove a handle or ankle strap. Either move up the resistance levels by color or if you really want a challenging workout try two tubes at once. You will have to be a "monster" to fully extend three bands!
