THE MARK ON THE BASE IS A GOLD MARK ON A BLACK BACKGROUND WOULD APPEAR TO BE FROM MEIJI PERIOD ( 1868 TO 1912 )

SADLY THE ORIGINAL LID IS MISSING AND IT HAS A REPLACEMENT LID.

THE POT IS 13 CMS HIGH AND IS 9 CMS WIDE.
