This exquisite vintage ornate Italian made Victorian style cast metal and hand painted ceramic ceiling light with a beautiful yellow and white layered glass shade is in gorgeous condition for its age. These ceiling lights initially had kerosene in the ceramic bulb and were found in all the up-market homes of that era. This incredible light measures roughly 90cm high and 36cm wide. The wonderful ornate detailing is carried through from the ceiling wiring cup to the finial below the ceramic bulb. The glass shade is still in amazing condition with absolute minuscule chips on the edges (my camera battled to focus on them). The ceramic is also in great condition and the entire ceiling light is in fair vintage condition. There are newer extension links on the chains (see pics). Please view the pics carefully to fully appreciate this fabulous Italian cast metal, ceramic and glass ceiling light and to confirm the condition.
