This extra virgin olive oil it is a family production extracted from the first cold pressing of Koroneiki variety olives, without any refining. Hand picked from olive trees grown on the hills of Heraclion region at Crete (Greece) , our olives are taken to mill and cold pressed within 12 hours after harvest producing a rich and fruity flavoured olive oil with intense aroma.
This oil is bottled and sealed without any chemical processing, resulting in its great flavour.
