Extremely Rare Autograph book with original watercolours, and ink drawings 100 years old!

Delighted to have come across this stunning autograph book. The date is 25/1909. and has beautiful, watercolour paintings and pen & ink drawings, sentimental words of friendship, autographs from various people, quotations, all signed and dated.  The autograph book was a gift from Muriel Barnes father dated April 25/1909. The book has survived a 100 years and is typical of the Victorian era. There are blank pages as many autographs books do. But the content is amazing!  This book is in fairly good condition some loose pages, which is to be expected. 20cm x 17cm
