A large, solid copper moonshine still, which is used for distilling alcohol. 

The still has two main parts. A pot where the liquid is heated and a condenser where the vapor is cooled back into liquid. 

Moonshine stills are typically made of copper because copper removes unwanted compounds and improves the flavor of the final product.

Copper also transfers heat more effectively than stainless steel, allowing for better control during the distillation process.
