Extremely Rare pair of Binoculars 1900 Boer War period

Okay I am no fundy on these old binoculars, however I was told by another collector that this sort of item was used during the 2nd Boer War period, this particular pair of binococulars has in fact got the following stampings on it as well PORT ELIZABETH as well as some other word that I cannot read, they also have the xtended brass sections that you pull out when you do not want your enermy to see the reflection from the lens's when you are looking at them and the sun could possibly reflect and give your position away to them, there is leather covering in the middle and they seem to be in a fair condition as well, take a look at the pic's and then place your bids, the leather case is in a fair condition as well.
