Description: Antique OAK VICTORIAN (CAMPAIGN?) FOLDING CHAIR with cane back and upholstered seat. When I bought this a few years ago, I was told that the chair is more than 400 years old. Unable to verify this, but it is old and in exceptional condition for a chair this old. Condition: Excellent used condition, normal usage and age related wear and tear. Very sturdy, no obvious cracks in the wood. The chair recently underwent a "cleaning" refurbishment, cane on backrest looks almost new. Seat newly upholstered. Cover on backrest dirty, needs a good clean, or could be replaced. PLEASE NOTE: in no manner whatsoever am I implying that it has been refurbished according to antique restoration standards, but to do it 100% should not be very costly. Must be seen to be appreciated! Approximate size: 620mm wide x 530mm deep 1090mm high (back). Other: Slight colour variations possible between picture and real item.
