LARGE MULTICOLOURED TOURMALINE CLUSTER STERLING SILVER RING. 925. UNHEATED STONES.

This bold, solid piece features a multitude of round-faceted natural tourmalines - all unheated stones - all claw set in sterling silver. The colour variety is wonderful - pinks, browns, greens and blues in different shades, with the counterpoint of the bright silver. The softly domed ring head measures 18mm in diameter, and is raised a spectacular 9 mm above the finger. The simple sterling silver shank is narrowed under the finger for comfort, widening swiftly on the shoulders to support the large ring head. The piece bears the 925 hallmark indicating sterling silver, and weighs a whopping 12,46 grams. It is very well made, with a quality feel when handled and a pleasing solid feel to it as the thick shank joins seamlessly into the shoulders an on into the dome ring head, creating a continuum.  A gorgeous statement ring with a marvellous kaleidoscope of colours!
