The story of Peter Carl Fabergé as told by Geza von Habsburg-Lothingen and Alexander von Solodkoff, both foremost experts on the iconic jeweller and his art.  Von Habsburg-Lothingen is the curator of several major international Faberge exhibitions, which qualifies him to 'discuss the survival of ... (Fabergé's) work after the Revolution and the growth of interest in the master in recent years, with a wry look at the concomitant increase in fakes and forgeries.' Fully illustrated in colour and b&w.

Copy is in excellent condition, clean and unmarked, with edges of text block lightly aged. Minimal edge wear present. One small tear in back of dust jacket as shown.
