Vintage box handbag in olive green

In a very finely satin corded, subtly shiny material, with a metal frame. Lined in a patterned chocolate brown satiny material and has 2 pockets inside. Has a very nice brass clasp. Strap is material. The inside is really good and tucked away in the pockets are.....A mirror - still in paper, A Transvaal Bookmakers association ticket, and a Johannesburg Turf club race ticket for race no. 7 - sadly no dates on them. see pics, lol ( I left them in there because I believe in leaving things as I find them )

Height 13cm x width 18cm x depth 15.5cm

Condition: Very good, however, It has faded over the years as can be seen from where the top flap overlaps. On one side the strap is just starting to pull out of the frame. But actually incredible for it's age, which I would peg at +- the 1940's, 50's at the latest. I have personally had this bag for +- 40 years.
