The masks are washable/reusable Neoprene masks that have been heat treated, as well as disinfected and fulfilled in a sterilized environment. Neoprene is a densely structured textile which has multiple benefits and including being water resistant. Neoprene or poly chloroprene is a family of synthetic rubber that is produced by polymerization of chloroprene. It exhibits good chemical stability and maintains flexibility over a wide temperature range. Each mask that we produce is lightly sprayed with a 5% solution of Chloroxylenol to ensure that the product is as free of contaminants as possible. Our design minimises potential foreign contamination by having as little skin surface exposed as possible. To that end it is recommended that the mask be worn with the upturned sharp point covering the bridge of the nose. We manufacture our masks Medium and Large adult sizes.
