In terms of her majestys letters patent to her printers for Scotland, and of the instructions issued by her majesty in council, dated eleventh July, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-nine, I hereby licence and authorise Andrew Forsyth, printer in Glasgow, to print, within the premises situated at Herriot hill, St. Jamess road, Glasgow, occupied by Messrs. William Collins and Company, and to publish, as by the authority of her majesty, and edition of the psalms of David in metre, in small  pice type, Octavo size, to consist of five thousand copies, as proposed in his declaration, dated the ninth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-one ; the terms and conditions of the said instructions being always and in all points fully complied with and observed by the said Andrew Forsyth.
