This particular artwork was sourced from a deceased estate (Gallery) and market price above was the actual selling price in this gallery 

On the back of the frame is some written descriptions and it appears to have a lot number with an estimated value for an auction back in 1995 (Estimated $550 - 695$) 

This is an old painting (roughly 100 years) so expect some wear spots to the wooden frame - some spots appear to have been touched up and some wear to the gold paint around the inner border (Caused by wiping clean over the years) 

Minor age related dirt marks on the painting itself which can be cleaned
