The theodolite appears complete and is in used but nice condition.

It would make a fine collectors item.

Working condition is unknown.

If you want to use it as a working Theodolite it very possibly will need to be serviced/repaired or calibrated.

I can not test it so the item is SOLD AS IS!!

This is the famous Wild T2 Micrometer Theodolite very popular with
surveyors for many years. It is commonly referred to as a "universal"
theodolite, since it is capable of coping with virtually any problem in
surveying, engineering and industry. Some of the typical surveying
applications for which it is still used include triangulation, precise
traversing, astronomy, tacheometry, engineering, cadastral, mining,
setting out and optical tooling. The tribrach is fitted with a built-in optical
plumb. It has two illuminating mirrors, one for the horizontal circle and
one for the vertical circle.
