Great quality -  metal NOT plastic

VERY GOOD VINTAGE CONDITION  

Appears to be working- handle turns perfectly.  Has a needle

NOTHING appears to be missing! Includes 

Original leather case- clasps work, just a bit rusty. Inside is pencilled the owners name and Standard IV, Mitchell High!

Instruction manual- battered

Wooden base and clamp, and two original wooden cotton reels.
