This fantastic framed colour photograph of Mt Kenya by Arthur H. Firmin who was the first person to summit Batian Peak (North Face in July 1944 and South-West Ridge in January 1946). His epic journey was well document and photographed. The photograph is signed by the explorer and has been well protected behind glass. The framed photograph measures 50.5cm long x 43cm high and 36.5cm long x 29cm high (ex-Frame). There are a few scuffs on the frame, but nothing a little TLC cant sort out.
