Beauticians have used Faradic exercise (also known as passive exercise "no effort")for more than thirty years. It consists of you attatching pads which will transmit an electronic impulse,to targeted groups of muscles on your body.
The pads are attatched to an elecrical impulse machine (such as RIO SLIM GYM), you apply conductive gel to the pads (these are attatched by means of elestic straps or, you can buy self adhesive ones these days)and place the pads over the muscle groups you wish to shape and tone up.The machine transmits electrical impulses to the targeted muscles (you control the frequency and intensity of the impulses)contracting and relaxing them, perfectly mimicking exercise with no effort from you. Your body responds as though it is indeed exercising, and visual resuls can be seen after as little as two weeks after using the machine for one hour per day.
