Return & Exchange Policy:

If you would like to return/exchange your hair extensions you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. We cannot take back any hair that has been opened due to quality and hygiene reasons. So be 100% sure before opening the packet! Delivery fees and 15% handling fee will be deducted from the purchase price.

All hair extensions will shred where the machine cuts, this is normal and once those loose hair has fallen off, there will be minimal shredding. Even your own hair shred every day.
