Once activated, faxes sent to your personal Fax2Email number
(086 61x xxxxx) will be converted to a PDF or TIFF image file format and sent to your e-mail address.
Once in your email inbox, you can then decide if it is necessary to print, delete or forward the Fax2Email message. You save on paper, toner / ink, time, telephone line rental costs & filing space - store on CD.

So how much does Fax2Email cost?
For the user, the service is free, no setup fees, no monthly rental charges.
As with normal fax calls, the caller pays for the call. Fax2Email calls are charged by Telkom at a flat rate (all distances) of R 1.775 + VAT per min. There is no split between local or national calls, just a flat rate irrespective of where they are sending the fax to.
