Stainless steel Female Q/C w/ male 1/8" BSP thread, knurled upper sleeve for positive traction, spring loaded / self-reseting. Features 6 steel balls inside.
Just be sure prior to fitting this connector, that you do have the appropriate PTFE ring seal that goes into the female threaded hole or, failing that, that you have a dowty washer (see at the bottom of the description for how to find it on our listings)
This connector is of good quality, does not feature any burring or machining curls left on the threaded parts or fine metal bits on thew knurling. Nice and clean mirror-like machined finish, which will undoubtedly add a lasting and eye-catching touch to your fill whip or handpump.
We recommend lubricating the interior / green o-ring w/ some SINGER all purpose oil (see at the bottom of the description for how to find it on our listings) so as to keep the o-ring supple while simultaneously avoiding injecting a fluid into your rifle's air reservoir that is too thick or might otherwise prove to be an explosion hazard.
To install this part onto your fill whip or PCP handpump, you'll need to have the appropriate spanner to generate an airtight seal, as w/out the latter, it will not seal up proper. Tooling will be key to pressure retention in your line.
Please don't try to install this onto a hole threaded M10x1, no matter what whoever says, even if it somewhat fits. If we find that the threaded on this bit is crossed, then the warranty on this product will be immediately voided.
