Fiber Optical Coupler for connecting the two male ends of two Toslink Optical Cables to have a longer cable.

Please note that Optical cables have a specified maximum length of 15 meters with 5.0mm cables. We have tested this coupler with our 10 meter Optical Toslink Audio Cable and 4.5 meter Optical Toslink Audio Cable for a total of 14.5 meter and the signal on Dolby Digital 2.0 / 5.1 / 7.1 and DTS Audio are 100%.

It is not recommend to extend / couple more than 2 individual cables beyond the maximum length of 15 meters.
