FINEST KNOWN - NGC PF70UC - SUPER RARE

 

A total of 69 coins have been graded at NGC... Only 28 x PF70UC! Go have a look at the pop stats on NGC to see the TRUE RARITY of THIS COIN! I saw two sell on Ebay... the first PF70UC sold for R15 000 and another for R10 800 on 09 December 2020 (https://www.ebay.com/itm/174326740523) so since then the POP STATS have not changed much and this coin is still as elusive as before if not more... read the comments of the seller in the Ebay link above.

 

According to accounts from local collectors as well as international... there was a lot of stories surrounding the release of this set... at some stage the SA MINT could not supply to international market and later admitted there was problems with the minting process.. and then it came to surface that many of the sets had coins that were scratched etc...
