The lead time is 3-5 days from receipt of payment as all items are handmade.

All orders is send out on Mondays. Postnet takes 2-3 days to deliver (sometimes shorter) Delivery is from Counter to Counter. Collections must be pre-arranged with me.

The Kevlar® wick is high quality and will ensure a long wick life as long as care is taken with preserving it. The design is safe and adapted over the years to give maximum life span. 

No Returns will be accepted once the Kevlar® has been burned. Therefore please check and ensure that you are happy with your purchase before lighting it. Full instructions will accompany the items.
