Hardcover book with Dust Jacket.  First Edition, but without date of print.  Book in very good condition.  Dust Jacket with some tears and edgeworn due to extensive age.  DJ not in pristine condition, but good for it's age.  With owner's inscription and date on first inside page.  Excellent binding.  With this book is a signed, presumably by Mikro, "Kultuurvereniging" programme showing Mr & Mrs Kuhn as the guests of honour and Mr Bruwer (the owner of the book) as one of the speakers.  Very rare First Edition book - for the collector.
