First Love Doll 44cm Tall with Extras - Puzzler Included

I found this pretty First Love in a big box of vintage dolls and although her head fits firmly and turns, I have never seen an attachment like hers (and I have sold many First Loves)  Upon rummaging in the box, I came across a head of a drink and wet first love and a torso with arms of a Twisty Body First Love so what I THINK is that previous owner took the pretty head of the Twisty Body and fitted it on the body of the Drink and Wet doll to make up one doll.  The Twisty Body torso is in very good condition but minus legs and the head of the other doll has beautiful thick, soft hair but no eyelashes or eyebrows.  Also one eye closes too far exposing top end of lid. The "constructed" doll is very pretty and in very good condition (44cm tall) but I am also including the parts I found in case buyer would want to reconstruct initial doll.  I think (but am not sure) that the black tubes may be the feeding tubes but did find a lot of funny odds and ends in the box so may or may not be part of the doll but including them in case.      Refer images
