First World War (1917) Sanderson , British 1907 Pattern Bayonet.

This item is in GOOD CONDITION, having been produced in October 1917.

All proof marks are visible and present on both sides of the ricasso. Please note, that due to being battle used there are still remnants of the original paint on the hilt of the bayonet , as well as, the metal crossguard and chape of the scabbard.

The original point and cutting edge are in excellent shape and have been retained despite usage. All stitching and fittings on the scabbard are intact and fully secure.
