SPRING FITNESS
It's time to spring into action and move on to a new fitness programme which focuses on body and mind development, improving physical fitness, body shape, well-being and stress control. The result is a motivating exercise regime, offering real empowerment and inner belief, as well as a toned body!
Workout Option 1 Conditioner (15 minutes)
Aerobice intervals are alternated with controlled repetition workouts, incorporating resistance, in order to condition every major muscle group.
Workout Option 2 Pilates (15 minutes)
After a thorough explanation of correct body alignment and breathing techyniques for Pilates, you'll enjoy a terrific full-body workout and stretch.
Workout Option 3 Kick-Fit (20 minutes)
Kick away the calories and punch away the pounds with this inspiring workout which combines many of the effective aspects of martial arts, aerobics and dance. If you like challenging dance patterns, style and attitude, then give this workout a try.
Workout Option 4 Iyengar Yoga (15 minutes)
This well-taught, easy-to-follow segment is invigorating, yet relaxing. This segment includes an explanation of how small pillow, folded blankets or rolled towels and books can make your yoga poses more comfortable.
