Vitality Member?
Need to know
All members 18 years and older on an active Vitality membership can use the Fitbug benefit (A member can only qualify for this benefit when they reach their 18th birthday). Members who have only KeyFIT or Vitalitydrive but no Vitality, can use Fitbug but will not earn Vitality points.

As a Vitality member with an active Vitality membership, you will pay a fee for the Fitbug device (excluding any courier charges that may apply for delivery). Please note that some devices also require a paid subscription for use of their services. Visit  www.fitbug.com/za/discovery for more details.

Upload your step data to earn Vitality Points
Go to www.fitbug.co.za/discovery to register your Fitbug. Once you have registered your Fitbug, you will need to link your Fitbug with Vitality to start earning points by going to Fitness devices and apps” under the “Fitness” section on the Vitality menu, and select the Fitbug option.

You will then be able to upload your activity data onto Fitbug.co.za and start earning Vitality points. Make sure you upload your step data to your Fitbug web profile regularly so you can earn Vitality points.

Upload your step data to earn Vitality Points
Go to www.fitbug.co.za/discovery to register your Fitbug. Once you have registered your Fitbug, you will need to link your Fitbug with Vitality to start earning points by going to ‘Devices’ under the ‘Wellness tools’ menu on Vitality's website and selecting ‘Fitbug’.

You will then be able to upload your activity data onto Fitbug.co.za and start earning Vitality points. Make sure you upload your step data to your Fitbug web profile regularly so you can earn Vitality points.
