Care needs to be taken with 925 stamped Silver Jewellery as it's not as durable as pure sterling silver jewellery which can cost up to 20 times more.  Now you can create a different look every day, with or without other jewellery, but do remember that Argentte 925 stamped jewellery should be worn as an “occasional” enhancement. You should not expect to wear our products as you would solid sterling silver jewellery.

Please do not use commercial jewellery cleaners on your 925 stamped jewellery. Toothpaste gently rubbed under running water brings out the shine while cleaning, dried with a paper towel or tissue. Please take care with styles that are subjected to higher levels of friction such as rings and bracelets.

Where a product is identified as having a manufacturing default, we will gladly exchange or replace your purchase, provided the product has not been damaged as a result of excessive wear, impact, negligence, tampering or non-adherence to cleaning and care instructions. Exchanges or replacements shall be at the discretion of Argentte's Quality Audit practitioners. Please return the item for exchange or replacement to your ambassador or if bought direct from us please email us with proof of purchase. All returns must be in original packaging you will be required to send items back at your cost within 60 days of purchase.
