day is Tuesday, tracking numbers will be emailed in the evening.

Delivery: Recommend Postnet counter for speed, reliability + they sms you when parcel arrives!!!!

SAPO normally takes 7-9 working days (STRIKES/delays are NOT caused by sellers, post office at your own risk)

We will email you your tracking number and it is up to the buyer to track their parcel,

SAPO do not issue collection slips. So if you do not receive your

parcel in 8-10 working days, take your tracking number to your Post Office and enquire.

Parcels not collected within 30 days, full postage to be re-paid by buyer, plus R20 admin fee.

Lastly, when parcel received kindly leave feedback by rating our service on the Bob system,

this lets us know that you received your parcel and that the transaction is concluded.
