Sriracha sauce is a traditional hot chilli sauce that has its origin in the town of Si Racha in the Chon Buri province, south of Bangkok, Thailand.
Flaming Thai Sriracha sauce is made mainly from fermented sun-ripened chillies and garlic, which lends the sauce its delicious and authentic Asian savoury taste (umami).
It is extremely versatile and perfect on pizza, noodles, eggs, burgers and stir-fry.
Ingredients: chilli (67%), sugar, garlic, salt, acidity regulator, preservatives: potassium sorbate. May contain soy, wheat (gluten) and milk.
Flaming Thai Sriracha Hot Chilli sauce is free of MSG, suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, available in bottles of 450ml and is produced in South Africa.
