2) On the neck it has a hole you can put a lighting umbrella through the hole and align it with the flash.
3) On the waist it has a 360 degree rotatable ball you can swivel it in 360 degree for different lighting purposes. Very useful!
4) On the foot it has a hole you can fix it on 1/4 inch screw or 3/8 inch screw Light Stand / standard tripod to hold it.
5) Accepts all flash units except Sony Alpha and Minolta units.
