This hand picked specimen is 10 cm x 6 cm and 2 to 2.5 cm thick. Rough shale on top and bottom and one side. Blue tiger eye splash on the one side and stunning gold sheet chatoyancy on the other side.

The photos have been taken wet and under a flash to show off the play with the light or chatoyant effect. The last two shots are without flash to show the contrast. Variegated or blue and yellow brown tiger eye is rarer than than the yellow brown variety.
