1. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw on the shoe track
2. Grasp both ends of the wheel to open it
3. Pick your shoes up, stick in the shoe heel;
4. Using both hands to beat both ends of the wheel inward tightly (the shoe and the pulley should be close);
5. After adjust the width, remove the shoe and tighten the screws;
6. Put feet up, buckle the elastic cord, to prevent loosening.
