Parsley is an easy keeper in the garden.
The Italian Flat leaf parsley is more suitable for fresh use but can also be added to soups, meat dishes and juices.
Plant in well drained soil with 30% vermicast (worm castings or best compost you can find) and water when soil starts to dry out. Can handle drought once established.
