Payment:

We accept EFT fund transfers (Internet Transfers) into our account. Cash deposits are also welcome. Please use your BidorBuy username as reference when making your payments. Payment need to be done within 7 days of the auction closing.

SAVE: Combining of orders:

You are more than welcome to combine your auctions to save on shipping fees. Just add R5 combining fee to each auction over and above your first. You can combine for up to a 14 day period, only pay shipping on your last item as an indication for us to post your orders to you

 Shipping:

We ONLY ship insured mail (max R100 insurance) for R30. GemSoup ship Mondays to Thursdays, not of public holidays. We only ship within South Africa

Refunds & returns:
